Our broth is made from bones from our naturally-raised grass fed and finished beef cattle, along with farm-fresh well water, and a touch of apple cider vinegar to help release the minerals into the broth. The bones are slow-simmered for 48 hours, and the resulting stock is cooled, jarred, and then frozen. It makes an outstanding base for soups, stews, chili, and risotto, and will add new depth and richness to any savoury recipe you're creating in the kitchen. Some days we warm it up, add an onion for flavour, and sip it like tea. This superfood is a great boost to your immune system, and also a way to restore leaky gut, and soothe painful joints.
