An all-beef sausage, encased in a real pork casing. Made with grass-fed beef, mixed organ meats, cumin, coriander, garlic and sea salt. A delicious way to consume a nutrient dense meal filled with vitamins and minerals. Our organ blend is an equal mix of heart, tongue and liver and accounts for about 10% of the whole product. Low and slow in a cast-iron pan with onions and butter caramelizes these to perfection.
