Culture Kombucha began as a love affair at first sip. Wentsi Yeung became obsessed with brewing kombucha at home, and quickly pivoted to creating the thriving business that exists today. Using organic ingredients and local produce whenever possible, Wentsi has created a kombucha that uses interesting and subtle flavour combinations to showcase the intricacies of this healthy beverage. Loaded with probiotics, acids, enzymes and nutrients, kombucha is one of the most delicious ways possible to improve and maintain optimal gut health. Each bottle comes with its own SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) that can either be consumed, or used to start your own kombucha!
