House of Pain was built by no other than Louay Ben Messaoud. With a flair for everything from sneakers to in-depth conversations, this guy puts love and good vibes into each unique loaf, and you can taste it. Using local and seasonal  ingredients to make his interesting loaves, he has created the ultimate in local, small-batch, artisanal sourdough.
