Biemond Upper Canada Creamery

Beimond Upper Canada Creamery is a family-owned, certified organic dairy farm located in Iroquois, Ontario. It began in 1981 with 140 acres and 24 cows, and now encompasses 400 acres on which 50 mixed breed cows graze. The farm received its organic certification in 1998, and since then has built a business based on cow comfort and sound management practices, allowing the family to achieve its vision of a sustainable, nutrient-rich, holistic and efficient farm that supports its community. The cows are fed a 90-96% grass diet depending on the time of year, and all of the milking and processing takes place on-site in an energy-efficient 24 stall rotary milking parlour, and a state-of-the-art processing facility located only 250m away from the barns. The farm produces a non-homogenized milk that delivers nostalgic, creamy flavour & texture, and outstanding nutrition. Milk, just like it used to be!
