Our soup bones are a perfect mix of marrow, cartilage, joint, knuckle and/or back bones, guaranteed to amp up your stocks with gelatin, nutrients, and amazing flavour. Each order of soup bones is hand-cut, carefully sorted, and bagged. We take pride in producing the cleanest, healthiest and ethically-raised meats for our community. All meat is provincially inspected according to Canadian Food Inspection standards.
