Also known as kailaan, Chinese broccoli, or Chinese kale. Gai lan is super sweet, super crunchy, and one of our all-time favourites! We love it quickly sautéed to maintain its colour and texture, and often end up snacking on most of it raw while cooking dinner! If you love broccoli, you'll love this stuff! You might even like it if you don't like broccoli! Organically grown right here in the city.
