Another offering from this year's preserve lineup. Matt combined our leeks with ginger sourced from Warner's Farm, added salt and grape seed oil, and ended up with a tasty condiment that kicks it with everything. Traditionally used on noodles, rice, and steamed chicken, we also love it with eggs, grilled meats and veg, and especially in a grilled cheese sandwich with some Bushgarden cheese. The jar will disappear quickly.
